RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

We hope you will love what you have ordered from Tinctoria's online shop. But, if something is not right, please let us know. We will accept returns (from our online store) of unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise within 30 days of purchase. We can send you another color, size, or different style. If you would like a refund, we can honor that as well.  Items purchased in our Portland OR Eco-Boutique, Super Natural, are returnable, within 30 days of purchase, for store credit only.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURN BY MAIL

For returns:

Please place the merchandise in a box or envelope with a brief explanation of why you are returning the item. Then send it to us via Priority Mail.  All merchandise will be refunded for the price paid minus the s/h costs. All credit card refunds will be made through paypal.

For exchanges:

Please contact us by email (sales@tinctoriadesigns.com) or by phone (503) 349­-2484 to let us know you need to make an exchange and let us know what you would like to receive. Then, include the receipt along with your merchandise in a box or envelope and ship it to the address below via Priority Mail . 

We’ll send in ­stock items to you right away and let you know when you can expect to receive items that we need to custom dye. We will send you a paypal request for any additional items purchased or shipping costs. Once we have received your s/h payment, we will send your exchanged items.
